Student Services is the administrative support section of RMIT Vietnam which works to ensure that students are correctly enrolled, receive help and support through academic advice and counselling, and that all their general learning and recreational needs are met.

The Student Services Helpdesk is the first place students should go to look for help with anything related to their studies and extra-curricular activities, from enrolment day right through to graduation day.
The Helpdesk makes it easier for RMIT Vietnam students to understand and gain access to important services, advice and information about University life.
The Helpdesk can help with:
Confirmation of enrolment letters Transcripts of results Student ID cards Information about accommodation and student loans Address changes Enrolment changes Documentation to support visa applications and job applications Printing allocation top-ups (students are required to pay for additional printing beyond a certain allocation) Laptop program applications (RMIT Vietnam operates a Laptop Program which encourages students to purchase laptop computers by offering generous discounts on university fees for those students who buy their own computer.) Information about the Student Exchange Program ‘Lost and found’ support Assistance for students with disabilities
