Confirmation of enrolment

The Confirmation of Enrolment is an official statement issued by RMIT University Vietnam confirming the program in which you are enrolled.

The Confirmation of Enrolment letter can be used as a supporting document in various circumstances that require the University to certify your enrolment status. They include visa applications, job applications, further study, etc.

To request, please follow the steps below:

  • Submit your request (no fees applied):
  • Your Confirmation of Enrolment letter should be ready at Student Connect within seven (7) business days, excluding the submission day.
    • For example, if the request is submitted on 01 April 2024, the letter will be available for pickup on 09 April 2024. Please note all confirmation letters that are not picked up within 3 months after the issuance date will be discarded.
    • During the current transition time to move the current student record to the new system until 3 May 2024, it is 10 working days.
  • If your request takes longer than 7 working days to process, the University will inform you of the due date.
  • Please complete all the required items to make your request. If the University needs to contact you for verification purposes, the processing time of your letter will be longer than the standard 7 working days.
