Research awards for MBA lecturers in Melbourne

In July 2010, three lecturers and course coordinators from RMIT's Graduate School of Business and Law presented their research paper focusing on Leadership and Management at the World Business Institute's Annual London Research Conference and won the best paper award in the management field.

The paper highlighted the importance of using adult learning principles and reflection as a means of exploring the dynamics of leadership and management based on many of the processes and approaches used in courses like "Leadership and Management" and "Managing People, Relationships and Performance".

The authors of the paper, Mr Chris Booth, Dr Michael Segon and Dr Tim O'Shannassy have coordinated courses taught at MBA programs in RMIT Vietnam.
