How to apply – international full program

Thank you for applying to RMIT University Vietnam. Please check the entry requirements for your programs and then follow the steps below to join us!

Offers will be based on academic merit (Year 12 or equivalent). You should apply using the preferential system, nominating your choice of programs on the application form in order of preference. First preferences cannot be guaranteed.
Students who do not receive an offer for the initial intake may be considered for subsequent intakes.

Step 1: Complete application form

Download and complete the application form and visa form

Step 2: Prepare documents

Gather certified copies of your qualifications and other important documents:

Required supporting documents are:

  • Relevant academic transcripts
  • Evidence of English language proficiency
  • Passport photo

Step 3: Pay application fee

Pay the application fee (USD$25) into our bank account:

Step 4: Submit your documents


Send all forms, verified documents and receipt of application fee payment to admissions@rmit.edu.vn.

RMIT Vietnam Admissions will contact you if further information or documentation is required

Step 5: Pay your deposit

Complete the Offer Acceptance Form and pay your deposit as per instructions on the Offer Letter. Please make sure to follow the instructions on the form exactly, as this will expedite the next steps

Step 7: Receive visa letter confirmation

Your visa letter will be sent to you.

The visa letter is a confirmation of enrolment. Once received, you must make an appointment to get a student visa with the Embassy/Consulate nominated in your application and you MUST collect the visa at your nominated Embassy/Consulate
