Professor Gael McDonald, President, RMIT University Vietnam

Welcome to our 2018 RMIT graduation ceremony.

This is a proud moment, both for you as you achieve your qualification, and for us, as we watch you take the final step across our stage after years of hard work.

We are also pleased to welcome your family and friends here to celebrate this life milestone with you. Their love and support has been an important part in your success today so please take the opportunity to thank them.

RMIT began as a university eighteen years ago with the vision to offer students in Vietnam a truly international opportunity. One that not only provided students with a world-class education but also provided a life-changing experience. Though your university journey may have been challenging at times, we hope you feel inspired to go out into the world and make a difference in whatever you do.

The 2018 graduating class will join over 12,500 members of the RMIT Vietnam Alumni community. Please stay in touch with us and with your RMIT peers over the coming years. We look forward to hearing from you about your further success in the years to come.
