Celebrating RMIT's diversity and integration, International Festival 2018 is a series of activities and events to bring staff, students and visitors together to explore multiple cultures and embrace the colourful diversity at RMIT.
RMIT International Festival is an annual event hosted by Student Life Department at both campuses to promote the University’ cultural diversity and provide a bonding experience for students, staff, and alumni.
In 2018, the International Festival - Hanoi campus aims to facilitate a useful playground for cultural exploration and exchange for everyone through a series of activities throughout the whole week (16 – 20 April), including:
Music and Dances are signatures of distinguished cultures and religions all around the world. This year, we will bring to you two dancing workshops to introduce two fun and fascinating dances. Professional Instructors from Aquarius Studio will guide participants to have fun with India’s Belly Dance and the swing & sway Samba from Latin America.

Movie Nights will bring a selection of four short and long movies, divided into two themes: Monday 16 April is Horror Night, Tuesday 17 April is Family Night.

RUNSTOPPABLE (Treasure Hunt game)
If you have a detective’s mind and are always eager to explore mysteries and knowledge about other cultures / countries, RUNSTOPPABLE is the game for you. A treasure-hunt concept game will divide participants in groups to run around the campus and conquer a series of challenges/questions in order to find out the Treasure.

Cultural Fair and Concert
The Cultural Fair and Concert Night, also known as International Day, is the biggest highlight of the Festival. This year, given the two themes of exploring Attractions and Costumes of various countries, there will be many cultural booths with very exciting games and activities presented by our student clubs. Henna drawing, Fortune telling, Face Painting and attractive awards are awaiting. The musical performances, and so much more will take centre stage, providing a fun and exciting learning experience that shouldn't be missed out.
