English for University

English for University

We offer seven stages of English for University, from Beginner through to Advanced. If you already meet the academic entry requirements* for an undergraduate program but you need to improve your English you can take our direct entry English stream.

  • Beginner - 160 hours
  • Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate, Pre-Advanced, Advanced  - 200 hours
  • Once you have successfully completed the Advanced stage you can progress directly to your chosen undergraduate or postgraduate program.

You will have the opportunity to apply leadership and academic skills in activities such as researching, writing reports, presentations, teamwork, and leading discussions.

Throughout the program, teachers review your progress by setting regular homework tasks and on-going assessments. You will receive regular, individual feedback throughout the course so that you can easily understand what you need to improve.

Entry to English is flexible and tailored to your skills and needs.

English courses and programs provided by RMIT University Vietnam are endorsed by NEAS (the Australian National English Language Teaching Accreditation Scheme). That means you are learning in an organisation that has internationally recognised English learning and teaching standards.

You can choose to start your English studies on any of these different entry dates:

  • 18 September 2017
  • 23 October 2017
  • 4 December 2017
