 The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing,
     implementing and executing strategic marketing plans and
     assisting the company in the development and implementation of
     its sales and business development plans.

       Propose and develop marketing and branding objectives,
     strategic plans and tactics to improve brand awareness and drive
     qualified traffic to marketing channels. Co-work with global
     marketing team of the brand in order to align the local marketing
     plan with global one and ensure the consistency of brand

       Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their
     implementation from ideation to execution.

       Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition
     channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click
     campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead
     generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much

       Build content strategy and produce valuable and engaging
     content for brand social media channels (including but not
     limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Adword) that
     attracts and converts our target groups.

       Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials,
     including online and offline images, flyers, product catalogues,
     print ads, publications and other marketing materials (sources
     are provided by BabyBjorn in Sweden and supported by J&J

       Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key
     industry players, media agencies and vendors.

       Gather and analyze customer insights, competitors’
     marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends and recommend changes
     to marketing and business development strategies based on
     analysis and feedback.

       Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds

       Build and analyze KPIs to measure and report performance of
     marketing campaigns monthly, quarterly, yearly. Gain insights and
     assess against goals.

       Collaborate with sales and fulfillment teams to develop
     strategic partnership activities and implement the execution
     framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
