RMIT International University Vietnam is pleased to announce a series of full tuition fee undergraduate scholarships that will be granted to Vietnamese national students in 2010.
Through this scholarship package, RMIT Vietnam aims to create more opportunities for outstanding Vietnamese students to obtain an international university education.
The full scholarship will cover the total tuition fee of an undergraduate program (currently worth at least 360,000,000 VND, including textbooks) and may include the tuition fee for English courses (from 5.5 IELTS level up) at RMIT Vietnam. The scholarship will be offered for both Hanoi and Saigon South campuses.
The full scholarship does not provide for accommodation, living expenses, travel or other personal expenses.
Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence at senior high school or university, English language ability, extra-curricular activities which demonstrate a student’s leadership skills and other personal strengths, and recommendations from principals/vice principals/teachers/community leaders.
Applicants are also required to write a personal statement of maximum 600 words on “Why I should receive a scholarship to study at RMIT Vietnam.”
Fully completed application packages must be received by RMIT Vietnam before 5pm, Monday, 24 May 2010. Selection results are expected to be available one month after the application deadline.
