Exchange Students
Exchange students are required to pay tuition fees for the Exchange semester in advance.
Normally this will occur at the time fees are paid in the prior semester, after receiving the Letter of Offer from RMIT University in Melbourne and a confirmation invoice from RMIT Vietnam Student Services.
Exchange students must also pay an Overseas Student Health Cover fee.
Once a complete application has been received, RMIT Vietnam will send a confirmation letter to the applicant.
The applicant then needs to formally accept the offer and pay the fees noted above.
Australian applicants also need to complete and submit a visa application form to the Australian Consulate to obtain a Pre-Visa assessment (PVA).
Transfer Students
For international transfer students, please refer to Fee Group 4 (FG4), in English Tuition Fees, Undergraduate Tuition Fees, Post-graduate Tuition Fees.
Fee Group 4 (FG4) applies to foreign nationals who do not hold a Vietnam residency permit/card excluding Australian and New Zealand students approved for FEE-HELP in Australia.
International students who wish to claim local fees (Fee Group 3 – FG3) need to submit a notarised copy of their VN residence card or work permit or visa (B category).
Overseas Vietnamese students who want to claim local fees (FG3) need to submit a verification of their visa exemption.
Vietnamese students transferring to RMIT Melbourne pay international fees. More information on this is available at the link below:
